WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS?
It is important to know that EU customers may pay import duties/ customs charges upon receiving orders. This is approximately 20% of the total value.
For everyone else, import duties may apply when the packages arrive in your country.
PLEASE BE AWARE: it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders. VAT and other charges are not included in the item for sale. if this is a concern for you, check your country's custom office policies.
WHY HAS MY ORDER NOT BEEN DISPATCHED?
This is an independently run business and at the same time as this I am a full time student at University. Orders are posted once a week, so depending on when you ordered this could take a longer time to be processed. Why your order is taking so long may because of where you are compared to me in England. Orders to America and Australia can take up to four weeks.

Unfortunately, I can't work at the rate of larger corporations as it's just me so I appreciate your patience. CAN I GET A REFUND?
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges after checkout. However, if you receive your item and you are not 100% happy with it (e.g it has been damaged or something is missing) please contact me on the contact page or message me on Instagram @ouijacine (this is preferable as I don't check my emails everyday!)Â I cannot cover the price of shipping it back to me as a return, due to this being a small business, I hope that's understandable.
I NEED THIS ORDER URGENTLY! CAN I HAVE IT PRIORITISED?
If you're ordering for a birthday or for another specific date, then please contact me @Ouijacine on Instagram or through my email ouijacineart@gmail.com (there is a box for this on the about me+contact info part of this website) with the details. I will try my best to accomodate your request, but once it has been dispatched I cannot control how quickly the Royal Mail deliver it. Tracked shipping services are highly recommended for these circumstances.
