HELLO HELLO!

I'm Jess, an illustrator currently based in Yorkshire UK.

My realistic work focuses on the beauty of imperfection, primarily through the parts of ourselves we try to overlook or are deemed by society as obsolete. I was lucky enough to be featured on Buzzfeed for my work on beauty standards and the impact this has during early adulthood. Whereas my animated art enables me to experiment with clashing colour schemes and bring my favourite characters from books to life.

As well as this, I am a full time University student studying English Literature. I hope to one day become an author and make art from my own stories.
