COMMISSION INFORMATION
The services on offer range from commercial commissions to personal commissions in a realistic or animated style
PROCESS FOR COMMISSIONS
I. Send a message through my Instagram: Ouijacine, and a photo of what you would like drawing, or a description of a character. Then specify what kind of drawing you are wanting (bust, chest, and or a background). If you are unsure and would like a chat don't hesitate to ask me any questions, I will try to direct you with the best of my abilities.
II. After accepting your commission with all the above information, I'll confirm the price. Once payment has been received via PayPal, I can begin with the illustration. If you have a deadline just let me know and I will do my very best!
III. I will send you a WIP (work in progress) with the line art of the drawing, at this stage you are allowed to make changes if you are not happy, about the colours or pose composition. After agreeing to the lineart no additional changes to lineart can be requested.
IV. Commissions range in finishing time, based on the level of commissions I already have in or my academic work (I am currently studying at University).
V. I will send you multiple versions of the drawing. Remember that this is a digital drawing and no physical copy will be sent.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
I. Prices have been given in pounds as I am British, in case of a change in exchange rate the prices will change. Confirmed prices will be given.
II. Payments are done through PayPal. There will be no refunds.
III. Payment is to be made before drawing begins and in full. You may request to split this into several payments if the total amount exceeds £200.
TERMS OF SERVICE
I. You are not allowed to remove my water mark. You are not allowed to alter my art in anyway. I reserve the right to decline any commission request and I don't have to state my reason.
II. Personal (non-profit) commissions cannot be used for commercial means.
-what is a commercial commission?
Commercial commissions serve for commercial purposes. This means that along with the finished commission, I give consent for this to be sold, thereby make a profit from my work. This is why the rates are changed.
III. You are allowed to share my art on social media or as a profile picture and/ or print it out. I would like to be given credit for this.
(now a scary one, sorry!)
IV. I own all rights to the drawing(s) including during and after the art has been used and applies also for commercial commissions. An agreement to one commercial commission does NOT mean that this can be reproduced by another company if permission has not been granted by the owner (myself/Ouijacine). The buyer of a commercial commission does not entitle that buyer to work with a third party using the artwork created by myself/Ouijacine. All rights belong with the artist.
I can post all art created on social media. I can wait to post it for a period of time if requested (i.e for birthdays or commercial reasons of the buyer) but this must be specified beforehand.
All my art is protected by the UK copyright law . To put my art work on products or to sell my art in any form without my knowledge is an illegal offence.
V. By commissioning me you agree with the policies stated above.

DUST JACKETS AND BOOK COVERS
This section is for those wanting to have a commercial dust jacket or book cover
Prices of dust jackets to book covers can range from £600 and above, please drop me a message about what it is you'll be wanting and discussions can be held over price. If this is for a series: deals can also be made for bundles.
What I'd need from you:
- i require a google doc of your characters or will ask for adequate information about poses, colours, character descriptions. This can include bullet points or sections from your book and allows me to get a feel for your characters :)
